Artists sing unamplified and without instruments on balconies and church galleries in downtown Vienna
Vocal ensembles and individual artists celebrate the start of VOICE MANIA with balcony concerts across all genres and with free admission in the streets of Vienna's city center: After last year's successes, BALCANTO is also resounding 12. year in a sound course from the Kohlmarkt over the Graben to Stephansplatz. At the unique fixed event in Europe at the opening of VOICE MANIA - International A Cappella Festival Vienna - passers-by can enjoy extraordinary listening experiences and a variety of acoustic impressions for evening-filling a cappella concerts 8. VOICE MANIA – Festival Internacional de A Capella de Viena
VOICE MANIA es un festival de música en Viena dedicado al arte del canto a capela, es decir, música creada exclusivamente con la voz humana, sin acompañamiento instrumental. Blog-wien El festival fue creado en 2011 por Nuschin Vossoughi y, desde entonces, se celebra cada año en noviembre, principalmente en el Theater am Spittelberg, en el distrito 7.
Cada año se reúnen en Viena solistas y conjuntos internacionales para demostrar que la voz es capaz de mucho más que el canto convencional: con una variedad impredecible de sonidos y ritmos que abarca todos los géneros, seduce y conmueve como un instrumento en sí misma. El programa incluye música clásica, jazz, pop, rock, folk, beatbox y comedia vocal.
El pistoletazo de salida lo dan: los balcones de las casas, palacios e iglesias del centro de la ciudad se convierten en islas sonoras desde las que artistas profesionales ofrecen conciertos a capela. Los transeúntes exploran su propio recorrido sonoro por la ciudad; la entrada es gratuita.
Además de los conciertos principales, el festival ofrece talleres, jam sessions y eventos de micrófono abierto en los que se dan cita aficionados y profesionales.
