CORTV aims to be the communication platform for the people of Oaxaca through continuous improvement and innovation in our radio and television productions; to position ourselves as a media outlet that showcases the state of Oaxaca nationally and internationally, leveraging new technologies to carry out projects that support the comprehensive development of the various towns and communities in the region, with an educational and service-oriented vocation and; to cultivate audiences with critical thinking skills.
